Lung Health Services offers a membership program for patients with chronic lung issues looking for a personalized level of pulmonary care on an on-going basis. Our membership program is an alternative way to pay for your lung health care, outside of the traditional health insurance model.
For a set monthly fee, patients receive our comprehensive lung health care services, a range of essential support services, and have direct access to our doctors for emergencies 24/7. With our Advanced Option, patients may also benefit from significant savings on prescription medicine and pulmonary equipment.

MEMBERSHIP COSTS AND BENEFITS
In addition to our program’s services and savings, patients appreciate our simple, up-front pricing.
The basic membership program costs $275 per month, and can be cancelled at any time after the first month. For an extra $75 per month, patients can enroll in our advanced option and take advantage of the significant cost savings that we offer our patients on medications and pulmonary equipment. For example, on non-covered medications, our prescription drug prices are 50-90% less than insurance-based prices.
Our membership program is an alternative way to pay for your lung health care, outside of the traditional health insurance model. If you have a high-deductible health insurance policy, use a medical cost-sharing plan, or are fed up with co-pays, hidden fees, and delays in care through your current healthcare system, membership is an attractive option for you.
