DIRECT PULMONARY CARE MEMBERSHIP

Learn about our Direct Pulmonary Care Membership. This membership provides personalized level of pulmonary care on an on-going basis. It’s an alternative way to pay for your lung health care, outside of the traditional health insurance model.

We offer our services at an appropriate location convenient to your home—typically an outpatient, or ambulatory, setting at a community hospital affiliated with the referring doctor, your primary care doctor or local lung specialist.

INSURANCE INFORMATION 

Insurance providers recognize our services. Lung Health Services accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.

For office visits, we will submit charges on your behalf to any insurance plan with which we participate. For outpatient procedures, if your “home” hospital has a contract with LHS, we will collect your insurance information and the hospital will then handle the billing process. We work under a fee-for-service payment model if your “home” hospital is not affiliated with LHS.
